Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 144 - Do you think I could lose weight by eating a fruit for breakfast, orange juice and fat free pretzels for lunch, and a salad and fruits and veggies for supper?? Along with walking for 30 min.

Youd defidently loose weight cause thoughs are all negative calories. It wouldnt be very healthy though.

omg that is wayyyyy to little ur going to be hungry and bored. u need protein and calcium in there because that sticks with u longer. and when u stop ur gonna gain it all back unless u want to do tht for the rest of ur life!!!! plus ur gonna get bored eating that, treat urself once a week. because if u restrict to much u binge.

I do not think that will be enough. You need to eat enough to revv up your metabolism. After 3 hours your body will slow down and say, if you usually would burn 90-50 cals. an hour, and your body hasn't eaten in six hours, you would burn 120 cals. less. Good luck!

that sounds like just what an anorexic should eat...(not that im calling u that)..try adding some things..because thats definitely not enough

That's good, but where's the meat? lol there should be more variety other than fruits and vegs. Try a sandwhich made with whole wheat bread...put some tuna in there or some chicken (I prefer this, tastes better in my opinion:). That would be good.
