Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 G:140 - I was thinking of starting the Special-K challenge soon...of course i'm going to have snacks during the day to build up the calories, and exercise alot at night. I want to try it for a month to see how it goes. I'll probably start March 1st. Along with the two meals replaced by the special K what do you guys suggest for the third meal?

Reply from charlotte, Age 15 - 02/13/06 - IP#: 71.112.39.xxx special k is very bad for u the only thing that's good for u in it is it's low in calories, make sure ur cereal has 3 or more grams of fiber and less than 9 grams of sugar. try doing that challenge with a diffrent cereal it'll work the same.

But the month after the challange when you start eating normay ALL the weight comes back !! Unless you plan on eatin cerreal twice a day for the rest of your life ( a month fo boring for me !) I don't think that is the best way to start a "diet"
