Ht. 5'8, Wt. 174, 2nd goal:169 - Hey Everyone ! Ive lost a total of 16 pounds with wieght watchers and going to the gym. Its a great feeling , i love hearing the compliments from everyone saying how great i look. But the only thing is im starting to lose my motivation now that im almost to my 2nd short term goal !!! I gained 3 pounds back in the past 2 weeks and im so ashamed/disgusted ! I dunno what to do about this cuz i know i havent been eating the way i normaly do and drinking my water like i need to !I just rely need some motivation right now , if anybody can help me or has any ideas to motivate me post back. Thanks

just think the taste only last for 5min .i know at the moment ur eating a treat u might not care how u'll fell later but just think about the scale when ur eating

Hey, no problem... that was me! Well, how about, when you eat ask yourself "Will I regret this 10 seconds of bliss in 15 minutes?" Hope this helps also!
