Ht. 5'5", Wt. 152 - for some reason i cant lose weight. for about 2 months now i've been exercising and eating less and healthier and drinking tons more water and i havent lost any weight or any inches on my body. it really doesnt make any sense because i've even checked online and it says that most days i burn about 400-500 calories more than i consume. can anybody help me start my weight loss?

oh yeah i forgot a clementine and also a chocolate turtle which i shouldnt have had but i couldnt resist. and for exercise i had gym class which is about 5 minutes of jogging and 10 minutes of stretching followed by an hour of pickle ball which is basically indoor tennis with a wiffle ball and a wooden paddle. after school i also did an hour of yoga with light hand weights

thanks guys :) well today i had chocolate skim milk for breakfast because i dont really have time to actually eat anything so i figure thats better than nothing lol and then for lunch i had a caesar salad with a little bit of dressing, 2 breadsticks and half of a cookie. after school i ate a ham sandwich and then for dinner i had about a cup of pasta with alfredo sauce and another salad. for a snack i had an apple and throughout the day i had about 60-70 oz of water and also a glass of diet coke

plus since ur burnin so much calories ur body thinks it's being starved and holds on to fat, so axctually if u start not exercisin so much u'll actually lose more weight, because what ur doin is unhealthy!!!! plus once u stop u'll gain it all back unless u want to do that the rest of ur life

ur hiutting a plateau dont worry u'll break through, plus since ur moving less weight now ur burnin less calories, so i would eat a little less or exercise a little more
