ure not a doof, the special k does sound like some fancy diet plan but it is replacing 2 meals a day for 2 weeks with the special k ceral, using fat free milk. ure r supossed to lose up to 6 lbs in 2 weeks, the plan is on most special k boxes. i tried it and i cant eat that much ceral, but if ure a ceral person then it should be easier to stick to.
