Ht. 5'4", Wt. 175 - OMG I cant get this thing down I go to bed so motivated cuz i screwed up that day which is all the time and then i do good in the morning and during school but when i get home i just crash and eat and eat. I mean I lost weight before but stopped during the summer( i know bad idea) it seemed so easy the first time but now it seems like i just cant do it. Everyone starts off good but then in the middle you see a cheese doodle and just go crazy. lol but it's ok because we need about 20% of fat in our body. We all have our lazy days and everyones binges once in a while, but that's ok too. If you fall off track, just get back in! don't panic or say "Oh no, what have I just donE?? I messed everything uP!" A diet is like a race, everyone is trying to get to the finish line of their ideal weight but some people end up falling in the middle, it's up to you...will you just stay there? or get back up and continue running to the finish line.
