Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - Hey Everyone. I am in serious need of some healthy dinner recipes, easy ones. Also, Today I am having Chicken ceasar salad, what else should I eat with that? Or is that just fine on its own? Please reply!

healthy dinners are very important.. they dont just have to consist of the meal but also of when you eat them and when you work out... if you work out before you eat you should eat a light dinner so you dont gain back the calories that you just burned... also eating dinner after 7 pm is not good.. it wastes every thing you did that day because you wont have time to burn the calories..
eating dinners that are small portioned and high in fiber such as salads, beans, and stir fry are good but watch how much you are eating
