I try as thin but not to thin that I hardly have any meat.- But a thin slice of Oven roasted turkey breast meat is about 50/60 calories.
Reply from christina, Age 16 - 02/14/06 - IP#: 24.233.69.xxx Turkey is very good for you. So not many calories at all. (Depends if its lean, which it probally is). One oz is 80 cals I think. Which means once slice. It has a ton of protien in it too.
