Ht. 5'7", Wt. 277.5 - I did lose about 3 pounds but then I went to a buffet tonight so ew, I don't know...I hope I didn't gain anything back, I didn't eat TOO bad during the day. Wish me luck. <3

Reply from christina, Age 16 - 02/14/06 - IP#: 24.233.69.xxx Buffets are so bad for diets. When I go to them its almost impossible to not overeat. Just dont weigh yourself a few days after it and work extra hard. You probally didnt gain weight and congrats on your 3 lbs weight loss!
