Ht. 5"8, Wt. 170lbs - Does this sound ok? For breakfast i had two slices of white toast with scrambeled egg...for lunch i had 4 crackers with butter and for dinner i had pork and vegtables?

Reply from Delmy, Age 16 - 02/15/06 - IP#: 152.163.101.xxx Hi, here is advice instead of having white bread, you should try wheat bread its really good. if you want you can skip the butter,but the 4 crackers you can have the crackers but use more food like fruits, vegetable so you wouldn't be hungry later.
Reply from charlotte, Age 15 - 02/15/06 - IP#: 71.112.39.xxx crackers rnt healthy unless there reduced fat and whole wheat and try not to use butte, plus white bread is not good either try whole wheat. plus ur lunch needs to be bigger becasue when u dont eat very much ur body think it's being starved and holds on to caloreis, so eating bearly any lunch is not helping u
