Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - okay i started doing w.w. point system...20 pnts pre day 30 min walking on tredmill 170 vrunxhes 30 pushups and dance for a lil is this good. I ate a lot of junk today...but i'm starting tom. for real cause i wanna be 150 before school starts if i can less!

hey isn''t that the program from prevention magazine? my mom reads those and i glanced at it one day but i thought it loked too complex for my life
