Ht. 5'8, Wt. 162 - I finally got below 165! YES!! So far this morning I had half a slim fast shake for breakfast (125 cals) then I got on the treadmill and walked 4.5 mph, burnt 238 calories, and walked 2,520 steps so far today. How am I doing? I lost about 4 pounds this week so far and hoping to break the 150's soon so I'm working my butt off! I'm in training for The "National American Miss Pageant" I'm representing my state so I have to look good lol. At least the pageant isan't until July 30th - the 31st (July 31st my birthday) So I have a while yet but it's never to late to get started! Good Luck everyone on your diets!!!

That's great...but you shouldn't wait or you'll be overwhelmed....pagaents are VERY stressful
