Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - Wow, so far i did great...i ate no breakfast...had a huge bottle of water w/ my whole weat bread and turkey for lunch....and at drama club there was cookies but i ate 1 oatmeal raisin one...i think i might have a chicken salad for dinner...so i will burn off more than i ate....15 min. walking on tredmill...about -200 cals. then 15 minutes of crunches...pushups...stretches for dance...a lil yoga...then 15 more min on the tredmill...then dance for 15 min. I like to come up w/ more dances...(tap jazz ballet and pointe....so i get into it) Is this good? Replies a.s.a.p

It makes ur head work better and helps ur day start out right! Just try a shake, muffin, or yogurt and some fruit for starters!
