Ht. too tall, Wt. too fat - i might try eating just fruit and veggies for a week or so, i don;t eat enough of them and on weight watchers u can eat as many of them as you like!

An increase on fruits and veggies will certainly help, but don't starve yourself. Protein is a biggy: nuts and meats. And get some carbs in there too. They make ur brain work otherwise u could get all foggy and other stuff. Beware but good luck!

Reply from laura, Age 18 - 02/17/06 - IP#: 69.47.203.xxx make sure u get protien like nuts too, otherwise u'll get sick. when i first became a vegetarian thats all i ate and i got really sick because i didnt get enough protien. otherwise its a healthy choice.
