Ht. 5'3, Wt. 145 - hey every one.Im so fat, in the arms and kinda in the tummy but i really dont want to lose weight in the tummy cause its not really big but i am tryin to lose weight in my arms cause they are fat. so that means i cant were tank tops or shirts with no sleeves and that sucks cause it gets hot down here in Hampton,Virginia well if you can help me out by tellin me how to lose weght in my arms or even in my tummy then post me back. i love you guys!!! :) bye

Reply from laura, Age 18 - 02/17/06 - IP#: 69.47.203.xxx that sucks living in virginia and not being able to wear wank tops. its like me but with shorts. i would try weight lifting with dumb bells. usually at ur elocal gym there are phamlets or posters telling u exercises u can do with the weights. or if u by the wieghts they usually come with instructions. it wont make u into a huge muscle builder or anything crazy like that but it will help tone ure arms and the new ( but not noticable) muscles with burn away ure upper bodyy fat. good luck

Just do that like everyday. also maybe try like 100 wall pushups...they're easy...but help a lot. Since you said ur tummy isn't that big maybe try doing like 170 crunches...that's what i do.
