Ht. 5'6", Wt. 145 - I keep on eating fast food! It's cheap, quick, and delicious. Any tips on how to break this habbit?
Reply from laura, Age 18 - 02/17/06 - IP#: 69.47.203.xxx i know what u mean. i dont know i broke my habit by dumb luck. i had a dream that i was a health inspector or something at McDonalds and they were trying to suck up to me and they gave me a big mac and it was just sopping with grease so i tried something else and all the food i saw was just sopping with grease. ever since then i gag at the thought of fast food. really weird. u could always watch " supersize me" that movie was an eyeopener. be weary of burgerking and mcdonald's salads, with dressing and that fried chicken the fat calories are actually more than a whopper!the portion sizes are also huge. it's hard when u r on the go with nothing but fast food but try subway or arby's fresh market sandwhichs. get juice or water instead of soda. i use this when im traveling. my mom has begun to do the same and she says it's easier when u know u have options.
Reply from Laura, Age 14 - 02/17/06 - IP#: 67.83.87.xxx Well your not over weight from your stats...but junk food is very unhealthy for you nutrition wise. I keep a rubber band on my wrist and flick myself with it to get my head sraight when i want a slice of pizza or something...it works for me.
