Ht. 5'6", Wt. 145 - What is a good ammount of excercise for weight loss? Like how much time, and please give examples of your daily excercise (like what you do and for how long).

i started with 20 mins of exercise every other day on an eliptical machine and one of those ab track things. i would just pop in a cd and alternate between these exercises after a song ended. i added on 10 mins of workout a week to get my body shaped up until i reached an hour. u dont want to overworkout, a coach told me that working out for really long periods of time dont really help that much and that it was ideal to do an hour a day but to start out everyother day to give your muscles time to heal. exercising with damaged muscles ( which is common to anyone beginning a workout routine, symptoms include pain or stiffness in muscles), does the body no good. anyways when i eventually got up to an hour 5 days a week in my exercise routine i went down from a size 18 to a size 12 in about 2 1/2 months ( i also had a diet shake for breakfast and lunch and a healthy dinner)good luck!

I do 20 min walking on tredmill burnin 300 cals then 30 pushups 170 crunches and dancin for a,lil bit
