Ht. 5'7, Wt. 182 - I use to come on here under the name clifford but changed that cuz that got old....I am slowly looseing the weight and hope I loose the weight by the time i need to take senior pics this summer i want to be 150 by than and I can do it...I am also goin to start training for XC in the fall and goin to ask the coach any tips on how to get my endurance up so i can do it and run well without getting tired and out of breath....Well I am wishin yall a whole lot of luck and any XC runners out there with tips can u please offer them up..thanx

omg i am a cross country fanantic. I Love to run. Well i am in my top 5 at my school. What i do is run a two miles/week At one time though, slowly you'll build up endurance. Considering you're in h.s you probably run 3k? You should run longer than that but since you have so much time before fall take this process slowly. Start off with a jog the first week and see hoe you beat your time each week.
