Ht. 5'6, Wt. Blah. - Ok, second post...I can't stick to anything.....does anyone have any plans that worked and are fun and is easy to stick to?

this is for charlotte, Age 15 : what do u mean when u say "u people"? u say that to the wrong person it could get u in major trouble - cause they'd prolly have no problem knocking u out. and i'm not saying that to be mean - i'm just telling u what could happen in the long run.

seriously.....i eat what i want when i want, BUT i eat small portions and walk away from the table.......ur in school right? well if so ur walking fro class to class or whatever, all i did was walk ALOT and i lost alot of wieght. good luck!

Thanks Lindsey. And I thought our Master would always know what to do... Charlotte...I never said losing weight was easy. All I wanted was some ideas for exercising.

An excersize video for girls. (MissFit and BYou are good) and 20 mins. of weight lifting or jogging. That's what I do, so I know it isn't too hard, even if it sounds like it!
