Ht. 5'6", Wt. 145 - Is there anything wrong with frozen bananas? I eat them a lot...they are sooo good! Just unpeel a banana and stick it in the fridge for 2-4 hours and then take it out and it's soooo good!

bananas r a little higher in cals than other fruits so watch out how much u cosume
