Ht. 5'6", Wt. 145 - HERES WHAT I ATE TODAY!!! B-fast: cheerios w/ milk & a frozen banana; Lunch: A sandwhich on french bread w/ let. tom. olives. mustard. italian dressing. and ham., and I also had some peanuts and a slice of swiss cheese; Snack: a frozen banana; Dinner: 2 tacos w/ let. tom. avacado. beef. and salsa. How did I do?

I ate a piece of cinnamon swirl cake for b-fast, fries and a taco for lunch, a tortilla for a snack and a pulled-pork sandwich with fries and a few bites of cinnamon-bun cheesecake! It was very tasty, but I probably gained back the two lbs. I lost! Oh, and I did Toning for Teens day 2. As you can see you did way better than me!
