(If you have self control allow yourself everyday 2 hershey kisses or little pieces of candy. NO MORE THAN TWO. or one serving of chips. 3. Don't eat too much fried food. 4. One thing my friend advised me to do yesterday was to start eating on a saucer instead of a regular plate. Cause normally if you do it there's you're way to eat smaller portions of food. That they tell you eat. Cause honestly thats all we really need to do. I mean you don't have to eat baked chicken and celery sticks and carrots every day. Just have smaller portions of the food u like but try to eat healthy food too. Pick a day when you treat yourself with say a snickers if u did good all week long. 5. And yes........ you know what I'm going to say EXERCISE!!!!!!!! Now there are ways to lose weight without exercising but don't you want you're new coming slim body to be toned up and also exercising makes losing weight faster. You can dance 30-45 min. a day and lose weight. And you probably would be better off dancing then doing in exercisng video cause I don't know about u but I get bored very easily and then I stop doing them but dancing is something most teenagers do anyways so you're used to it and ur having fun while you're doing it. well thats the best that I can tell u. Now u got some good advice now all thats left is doing it. And it works I have lost a good 8 or 9lbs since the beginning of feburary from doing that. Now let me say this you should try to put more veggies, good protein(chicken,tuna,nuts), and fruit in yuo're diet but u don't have to make them the only think you eat. And now the last most important one is...NEVER GIVE UP!! Every time u mess up don't give up try again and again until u do it this is a hard thing to accomplish and I know u can do it!!!! If u really can't find motivation think about the summertime the hot weather all the guys, swimming. And I know u would love to be slim for the summer. good luck okay u can do it!!!!!!!!!!!1

Like switch to 1% milk and then work your way down to skim milk, use 50% light cheese, fat free mayonnaise (I prefer fat free miracle whip. It has more flavor) and stuff like that. Don’t eat a lot of butter. Try using Butter Buds which are butter flavored granulates. You can find them in the seasonings section at the store. Eat high in fiber foods like whole wheat bread instead of white. Instead of eating regular pizza try frozen smartones or south beach diet pizzas. And instead of ice cream try south beach diet cookies and weightwatchers ice cream bars, weight watchers cake, healthy choice ice cream, no pudge ice cream bars, or skinny cow ice cream bars. They have a lot of desserts out there that aren’t that bad for you! Some things I find helpful is to eat a small salad with fat free dressing with lunch and dinner. It makes you more full when you go to eat your main meal. Don't eat too many sweets. Make sure you don't have soda or chips on a regular basis. Eat LOTS of fruits and vegetables. And drink A LOT of water! Exercise daily. You can walk, or you can run, or ride your bike, or swim. Whatever you choose to do make sure you exercise for at least an hour daily. If you want you can just walk for thrity minutes and then swim for a little while and then just do outside play like jumping on a trampoline or playing basketball. weigh yourself every week and keep track of your weight. if you feel like snacking try drinking flavored water to satisfy your sweet tooth. Pay attention to portion sizes. If the serving size is one cup, don't have more than one cup. Portion sizes are one of the most important things in dieting. And remember to have faith in yourself. If you get yourself down it'll be ten times harder. And also remember to let go every once in a while and eat something that isn't in your diet! Good luck!
