Ht. 5'7, Wt. 218 - I just wanted to tell everybody this. One thing my friend just told me yesterday was to start eating my food on a saucer or a smaller plate cause you really don't have to stop eating the foods you love just stop eating so much of them. Plus when you eat on a saucer don't pile it up with food just put a good amount of food on it. Also u should be eating every 3 hours so for those that say thats not enough food to eat believe me its enough. When also u are eating veggies and fruits for snacks or when you're hungry again its plenty. Just use that technique for the times you wanna eat fried chicken and pizza and fries. Just make sure not to stack the plate food and believe me when u add exercising to that u will lose alot of weight!!!!!!!!!!
Oh one more think u shouldn't really drink soda or eat alot of candy and chips. But u should allow yourself a little piece of candy. If u have kisses or um now laters or u know what im saying little pieces of candy just eat two so u don't feel like you're depriving yourself!!!!

yeah..i know..my mom always gives me a big plate..but i only put a lil on it and make sure not 2 go bak 4 more

Yeah, that's a good idea the small plate thing. I hope that I will lose weight and look good in the summer. I hope that next year I won't get called fat anymore when I'm in highschool.
