Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - Is Peanut butter && Jelly sandwhiches Ok to eat?
Cause I can eat them everyday! I love them!
Should I cut back on them, like a few times a week?

it may be protein..but its fattening..and their r more healthy sources of protein..remember SMUCKERS ARTIFICIALLY SWEETENED STRAWBERRY PRESERVES..so good!..and its good 4 u

No way! Peanut butter is great protein, jelly is kind of sugary but it's alright if you don't put too much. It would be more healthy if you used wheat bread instead of white.

try substituting the jelly for artificially sweetened strawberry preserves..it is soo good!..ph and try wheat bread and only a lil bit of peanut butter if n e at all b cause usually i dont put n e

with alnatural peanut butter and wholewheat bread there great!!! but normal ones r bad plus use only 2 tsp of peanut butter instead of 2 tbsp it is still alot and is waaaaaaaay less calories
