Reply from Lindsey, Age 10 - 02/22/06 - IP#: 69.230.146.xxx Make a list of foods you like, and are good for you. Then excersize for about 20-40 mins. a day 4-7 times a week. Allow yourself one NON-DIET dessert a week (otherwise you can have diet everyday) and one NON-DIET soda every other day. To keep it interesting, pledge to try one different fruit or veggie every week. Follow this for about a month and you'll probably lose about 10-ish pounds. Be dedicated and when you are about to do a diet no-no imagine yourself 10 pounds lighter. I hope this helps!
