Ht. 5'5, Wt. unsure - Ok I was doing super good, I was running 2-3 miles everyday and I got down to 155, which was my weight 2 days ago. But then yesterday was my birthday and I had a huge dinner and then I had a huge bowl of ice cream and this rich cake. Then I again overate today and had chinese food, ice cream, and cake and a bunch of other snacks. I feel like I gained 10 pounds back on. I want to start good again tomorrow. I just need some support really badly. Please reply.
Reply from Lindsey, Age 10 - 02/22/06 - IP#: 69.230.146.xxx That has happened to me! It wasn't my birthday though, I really had no reason to pig-out except for taste! I am going to try to get on track in the begining of March for my goal of 130 lbs. because I am 150 now. And, I am starting at the beginning of March because it is easier to keep track of when I started. Get back on track and you'll be fine too, everyone makes mistakes!
Reply from Richard, Age 13 - 02/22/06 - IP#: 67.191.138.xxx That's impossible, the most your body can gain in one day is 2 lbs. It's physically to gain any more weight. You must have been drinking a lot of fluids and haven't gone to the restroom in a long time. Don't worry. Look at the differance between weighing yourself in the morning before you eat, and after dinner. It could be a good 5 lbs, that's normal.
