Ht. 5'7, Wt. 220 - Honestly look right I started my diet a good month ago and my appetite has kind of been fading away. I mean I be hungry but not as much as I used be. Or maybe its just that my cravings for the "make you get big food" are going away.

when u start eating more whole grain and healthy foods ur cravings do go away that happend to me

That's great! It seems like you're diet is one you can stick to and you have set yourself up for success. If you ever do crave those foods, remember not no feel guilty about it.
