Ht. 5'4", Wt. 162 - i need modivation...my mum keeps buying all these snacks and chips and ice cream and cookies for my siblings, and i am trying to tell her that she shouldnt do that so they dont end up like me, and everytime she buys something new, i end up eating it along side my brother and sister. i need to get out of that habbit but it's just so harddd. I need help. i want to become 130 pounds so i can look nice for my graduation dress, and for summer, and so that next year when i enter high school, i dont get made fun of since there is about 4,000 kids in the school and almost none of them are overweight and i dont want to be made fun of. any ideas? thanks all who reply =] it's really apperciated =]

hey!!! omg i went through what you are talking about last year and i want you to suceed SO MUCH cause i didn't get my goal but i think you can! but anyways 30labs won't be that hard if you just try a little and about the snacks, my mom did the SAME thing and i know how hard it is just to walk away from it but you can you really can. just tell your mom what's going on and say ok if you are going to buy that stuff can you buy me healthy stuff as well. oh and if you just don't think that you can give up on those get baked chips they are better for you but still chips and just take baby steps you can do it
also high school is VERY differant from middle school in middle school i didn't get made fun of that much cause i had friends with me to help but once in high school no one has said anything because everyone is more mature and just cool about all of it so don't be scared i'm sure you will love high school and 8th grade grad is SO fun i hope you have a great time
