ack they have actually helped my stomch lose alot of cub and give it a tight muscalar look. o yeh try doing ur crunches on one of those exercise balls it gives u a better benefit

start out with 75 a night and work ur way up by about 10 crunches each night till ur at like 300. plus there ar diffrent types of crunches like side crunches, bicycles ,and v-curls do them all

Hi! A lot more goes into flattening ur stomach. I know cause that's what I'm trying to do. Well I try to do 20 crunches, each in a set of ten with a 2-3 minute break in between, less if ur a bit more skilled. Then do 5-10 push-ups, the plank way (which is way hard. I can't do it cause my abs and arms aren't strong enough) or the "girlie" way, which is better for working ur way up. To do this, lay on the floor and cross ur knees,legs shut tight in the air and butt is down. Try to push yourself up and down. You will need to move ur tummy improperly for a while to do this, until your arms are strong enough, but that's okay. Bye!

Crunches don't actually flatten your stomach. I mean they do but you wont notice the difference until the there is no more fat (or little fat) on your abdominal muscles. There will be little to notice until a healthy diet, sensible exercise is established.
