Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 - today i didnt have much of an appetite so all i had to eat today was a bagle at 9 o'clock, a PP&J sandwich at 2:30pm, and then dinner but was barely anything since i wasnt hungry, and today i stepped 8,121 steps on the pedometer...is this a good thing? i'm not sick i just didnt feel like eating today im not sure why though. should i have taken in more calories? thanks all who reply =]

Hey! You did great! Eating little is OK once in a while, and some days you'll overeat and that's OK once in a while too. Try to aim for 10 000 steps tomorrow! Good luck!

yes..more cals..u can gain weight if u dont..it slows down ur metabolism
