Ht. 5'4'', Wt. goal:120 - so far after 3 days, which was yesterday i lost 4 pounds and i think i am going to finally do well and lose weight. oh and for all the girls and guys too i guess haveing a spa day where you tan, do your nails, facials, and all that fun stuff really makes you feel good. oh and for today what i have eaten so far, breakfast: 1 egg 1 peice of bread, lunch: homemade smoothie thats all so far
