Ht. 5'6, Wt. 213 - i was wondering, what if i eat breakfast, and dinner and no lunch, do exercise. how many pounds do you think i will loose in 2 weeks. please help me and give me tips people

Reply from charlotte, Age 15 - 02/24/06 - IP#: 71.112.39.xxx dont ever skip a meal for these reasons * what if someone asks u out to lunch * u'll get very hungry *can u do that the rest of ur life cause if u cant u'll gain it back * if u dont eat for longer than 5 hours ur metabolism slows down so it makes u burn less calories * i eat 3meals and 2 snacks a day and exercise 6 days a week and have lost 40 lbs
