Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 190 - Ok my name is Nicole. I live in South Carolina. I broke my leg and gained weight bc I was on crutches for a LONG time! So therefore I couldnt work out. I was overweight b4 but now I am 10 lbs. more than I was. I have lost 10 lbs so far. So that means I gained 20 lbs. being on crutches. I have lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks so far. I know that is really good, but I have low Metabolism so My question is ( bum bum bummmmm) Is it ok to take pills for it? Not like depending on it, but like just for that? email me at : gliterbchick@yahoo.com Thank you so much!

NOOOOOOOO!!! Diet-pills are meant for adults about age 25! They can have very serious health risks too. You can read an article about it on kidshealth.com at the teen's health section.

i do not recommend diet pills- i do not think that they are effective bc they say in small print- diet and exercise to see results.... plus it raises ur blood pressure and thats not good health wise
