Ht. 52, Wt. 182 - hey guys i was just crying like crazy over my weight i can't stand it some days i can be so realz and forget about my weight then other days i don't think i can live another day all my friends are skinny and it seems like i all my friends that are heacy are losing tons and tons of pounds HELP HELP ME ANYTHING THAT YOU THINK CAN HELP ME

Reply from charlotte, Age 15 - 02/25/06 - IP#: 71.112.39.xxx just try to exercise daily. and eat about a 1300-1800 calorie diet of lean protein, veggies,fruit,dairy,and whole grains. but dont be afraid to treat urself once in awhile i lost 40 lbs doing that
Reply from Johnny, Age 19 - 02/25/06 - IP#: 24.43.2.xxx Stop eating Junk food, Drink lots of water and no soda, try to do 30 minutes a day of cardio and then gradually bump it up to 1 hour. The Cardio I do is fast pace walking. I have lost 60 pounds since September of last year. I have exercised atleast 5 times a week and have not ate any junk food in that time except for maybe once or twice. You really have to change the way you think of food, you cant eat too many snacks in between. I just eat 3 meals a day and thats it.
