Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 - i lost a pound in about 2 and a half days from walking up and down my steps for about an hour, i also have not eaten any junk food, i hate soda so i dont drink that, and the only thing i like to drink is water, and another thing i did was i walked up and down for 30 seconds, then jogged for 30 seconds,then walked for 40 seconds, then jogged for 40 seconds, and so on, you can go up to what ever amount of time you want, i find it better to do this going up and down stairs because my mum said it burns more caloires that way.

Are you kidding snazzychick?!?! That is great exercise!!! My track coaches have us do it all the time. It's great cardio and muscle building. You just have to be careful going down, so you don't fall. But, awesome job Brittney!!!!
