Ht. 5"5, Wt. 147 - Well it's been awhile since i've posted...i've stopped dieting 4 a while and mangaged to keep my weight steady at 147 i wanted to post a tip for everyone who's dieting on this site! I think its easier if u go on a break in between ur diet for like a few days no longer than 5 days though. so i think i might go on slim fast to kill a few more pounds, i've lost like 4inches =D so i want to be a bit thinner so yeah if anyone here tried slim fast please reply and tell how much u lost and in how much time =)

I think the better thing to do is NOT to diet, just to make healthy changes. If you are on a diet you feel more like you can't have bad foods at all.
