You are overweight, but people are shaped differently and sometimes you have more muscle, which weighs more. Try to focus really hard and get a "Don't pig out" poster or two and post them wherever you can get food from. Good luck!

Sweetheart, you are not that overweight. I wish I weighed that much. I weigh 215 ( I used to weigh 245 until recently. =)) But yea. You do need to lose a bit of weight. Just try to add a bit more exercise and cut down on bad foods. South Beach works well if you are looking for like a "Diet Plan".

i love to eat junk food too, but lately i've been eating fruits, and yogurt, and 100 caloris back, NO JUNK FOOD, and i've been drinking A LOT of water, plus i am walking up and down my steps since its way to cold to go outside, as well as walking up and down them, i jog up and down them 50 times then rest for like 20-30 mins and get cooled off and take in a little amount of water, i a pound in 2 days, and since yesterday i lost a half a pound..hope this helps and good luck!!!! =]
