Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - Well you guys, Im going to hop up on the train to begin this weight loss journey of mine. It's basically a life or death situation and I have a lot to live for Sooo, Im ready to get it going, and im madd serious this time. Im also excited, like I can't wait to see the pounds go away. I know my weight says TMI, but I will be showing my progress!
Oh yah, I need help with some lucnh Ideas that I can make, and take to school... Thx ALOT

I feel that way too! If you like tuna try a lunch pack from Starkist with a piece of fruit and a water. Or, you could try a South Beach Diet lunch pack with a piece of fruit or some veggies with low-fat dip and a flavored water or diet soda. Good luck!

i have a yoplait light yogurt, a 100 cal pack, some fruit, a sugar free jello, and a water..thats only a lil over 200 cals..and it fills me up!

well one luch idea that i know is really good and will fill up even though there aint much. ok: 1 pb&j cut in half (doesnt have to be but i like it to be cut it in half LOL), some cottage chesse, and some veggies on the side - like baby carrots, celery sticks, califlower, broccoli, or whatever! and if u need alittle a sugar put just a little bit of honey on ur peanut butter on ur pb&j! YUMMY!!!
