Ht. 5'3, Wt. 500+ - well i'm new here and i'm mordibly obese but thing is i cant lose weight i can barley walk. plase help me

If you weighted over 500 pounds who wouldnt be able to walk, not just barely walking. Also, you probably would be on your death bed

You will get down to a healthier weight sooner or later. Just don't give up!

And when you get strong enough or lose enough weight, you will be able to exercise. My aunt was that big, and she got that Gastric Bypass SUrgery and it helped her ALOT. But, I would use that as a last resort. =)

Reply from Sarah, Age 19 - 02/26/06 - IP#: 12.203.133.xxx girl i used to know someone that was like u....was really big and could barely walk....but slowly but surely he lost wieght. now honestly i dont know how, but he did. if he can do it u can do it. heck he was so big that he COULDNT walk he was in a wheelchair!
Reply from charlotte, Age 15 - 02/26/06 - IP#: 71.112.39.xxx just try to exercise daily. and eat about a 1300-1800 calorie diet of lean protein, veggies,fruit,dairy,and whole grains. but dont be afraid to treat urself once in awhile i lost 40 lbs doing that
