Ht. 5'6, Wt. 213 - my uncle told me that just walking for 20 minutes would help me loose weight, but i already walk like 15-25 minutes a day with my dogs, do i need to increase the time or why am i not loosing any weight.

I lost about 65 - 70 pounds in about a year and i've had to change my diet so many times I can't count. But it's worth it! Just walk more for longer or get maybe some work out equiptment. I have a treadmill that I go on daily for about an hour walking at 4.2 mph. I burn about 700 - 900 calories daily if I can. And I eat healthy. I weigh 165 pounds and I started out at 230 pounds. So almost 70 pounds down! Good luck! Hope this helped:)
