Ht. 5'8, Wt. 173.5 - Well, i no ive been saying this since like 1/1/06 bt i really wana lose more weight lol In 2005 i lost around 25lbs, but i still need to lose loadz more because i've got my prom in june, and im shopping for a dress in april, so ive got around 8weeks to lose weight to get a dress and then another 9 weeks before the prom,so i really have around 15weeks to lose weight and then 2 weeks of staying the same weight and gettin the dress altered if need be.
So this is what ill be doing for the next 8 weeks: Eating 1400cals per day, drinking 2 litres of water per day, 3-5 portions of fruit/veg and working out 6 days per week. Every other day i will burn 500 cals on ski machine, 100sit ups, and my weight and then on the other days i will do the same but only burn 250cals on the ski machine. Do you think i will be able to lose around 15lbs by the end of april? Thank you to ppl who bother to read my story and thank you for people to reply to my post!

I think you can do it, but that seems a little un-realistic (the workout and diet, not goal). You can do whatever though, I can't control you!
