Ht. 5'7, Wt. 203 - Whats a really good excercise thats efficient in burning calories? And what do you guys do to resist eating unhealthy food? Like my parents bought all these pastries and cakes and stuff and i dont want to be tempted

Reply from Lindsey, Age 10 - 02/26/06 - IP#: 207.200.116.xxx Weight-lifting is ideal for fat-burning (try Toning for Teens, guys can do it too, just not the hips/butt section) and it builds nice lean muscles. As far as sweets, try to imagine yourself 10 lbs. lighter! Good luck!

It's really hard sometimes to resist delicious bad-for-your-health foods when they are right there, but just keep thinking this...."nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!" Good luck.
