Ht. 5'2, Wt. 165 - Starting tomorrow and Im actually Excited! my diet is going to be 1200-1400 calories(depending on my activity level) and every tuesday, thursday, sun I have softball conditioning and on monday,wednesday,friday, saturday Ill be walking a mile or two and doing abs/arms/thigh workout for about an hour. This Plan is HARDCORE but I think its enough to help me reach my goal of 30-35 pounds by June 1st.
What do you think?

I think it is a good plan and you deffidently might be able to lose 30pounds by june 1st good luck and stay on track everyday counts!
