Ht. 5'6, Wt. 145 - my weight is starting to go back up, i think its because i started partying more & alcohol makes you gain weight obviously...i think im going to go on a diet, do you think if i stopped drinking as much & changed my diet to eating only salad & tuna & occasionally chicken & drinking only water & coffee would work plus going to work out at cali fitness like 3 or more times a week...i wanna lose 10 pounds by spring break (like 3 weeks from now) and 5 more before i go back to school so i would be 5'6 and 130...do you think its possible?? what keeps you guys motivated??..and also, last school year i was 5'5.5 & weighed 130 so is that normal to put on that much weight in a lil less than a year?? i feel HUGE....but two years ago i got up to 153 & lost like 20 something pounds out of nowhere so maybe its just my body type lol

Yeah I am constantly partying and drinking too.... Do you mainly drink Hard A or what? For Mikes hard lemonade and stuff you can get like low calorie and stuff like that so it makes it a little easier.. Partying doesnt really make me gain weight

Stop drinking completely. It's HORRIBLE for you in many ways. Oh, and it's AGAINST THE LAW! You are only 17.

hey I think you are gaining weight because you are just having fun. I f want to have fun but still stay thin then just exersize daily and watch your eating. And to tell you the truth I get some of my support from family and magizines, the reason is if you look at them and you see what you would bye if you were thin.

Well I can tell u what my motivation is. I am so well was so self-consious as I ave been losing weight I am really starting to feel more confident. This summer I want to be able to show my body with halter tops, and whatever else type clothing that shows my body that I can wear. So I remind myself of the summertime everytime I feel like giving up or giving in to eating something i know I should'nt be eating. And of course god. goodluck!!!!!!!1
