Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. shifting... - Hey guys. I ganed some of my weight back, about 2 lns, and I know it's cause I'm stressed about my grades. Anybody got any good ideas? ALso weekends are totally EVIL for me does anyone know how to keep yourself in check when you're not on a scheduele?

Reply from brittney, Age 14 - 02/28/06 - IP#: 24.45.138.xxx i have the same problem, and i am stresssed about my grades too because i have so many test this week. i am always eating on the weekends, and i cant stop so i decided that i would have breakfast and go on the the computer until everyone else wakes up since i am somtimes up before everyone, then i work out and run up and down my steps for a while, while i listen to music so it can keep me going. good luck and hope this helps =]
