Ht. 5"5, Wt. 147 - ok i have a HUGE guy delma =( I've liked this guy for like 3 years! i know lonnnng time lol so i want to tell him soo badly but i wanted to know what he thought about me first so my friend asked him to rate me first just my face w.e then all together and my face was an 8.5 but my body was a 6 which rele sucks so yeah I feel more determinded to loose weight but then I'm upset about tht and I just have a cookie or something so yeah I HAVE TO LOOSE WEIGHTTT HELP MEEEE! But anyways, if you have a craving for junk then you should drink a glass of water and it'll fill you up. You could try doing sit-ups, push-ups, or other exercises during the commercials when your watching TV. I also heard that a person who drinks soda, even diet soda, is 10 pounds heavier than what they would weigh if they didn't drink soda. It helps me to get everything I eat in those kids packages that are "snack sized" that way I don't eat too much. I also like to write down what I eat and how much calories it has because it makes me more aware of what I'm eating instead of eating because I'm bored. You could bring food with you when you go out, like an apple or a granola bar, so that when you get hungry you won't eat pizza because it's convenient. And never starve yourself. Even if you want 2 bites of food and your not hungry for something big.. just eat those 2 bites. But don't get carried away because you could wind up eating way more than you need.
