Last summer I wieghed more than my big sis who is 6 years older than me, but once I got under her...I felt so much better, like even a pound will make you feel great. Well I kept going...and now I weigh like 15 pounds less than her! So just try to get going, and before you know it, you will weigh less than her, and trust me, it will feel amazing!!!!!!!!!!!
