Ht. 5'1, Wt. 160 - i ave been off school 4 a while and ave not worn my school pants and i went back 2 school today and had 2 wear my school pants, when i put therm on they were so tight i could hardely breath, i had to lift my gut up and put it over the top of my pants, my top had also got a bit small and kept riding up my belly. when i went into school every one was looking at me and my teacher said that i should think about losing some weight and getting some bigger school clothes, i was so embarased! help!

Buy larger clothes and smaller clothes so you can have a goal. And your teacher is mean, gosh.

well buy bigger clothes then workout, i don't mean to sound rude but you should buy clothes so that you look better
