Ht. 5'4'', Wt. goal:120 - so i am really confused, last night i weighed myself and i was the same but then this afternoon i was 4 lbs heavier. i am really conconfused and pissed. and what are some ways to make you not eat between meals?

You weigh more in the afternoon because you have clothes on and you have eaten already. Always make it a goal to weigh yourself in the morning. Don't worry!

thats true in the morning i weigh less than I do in the evening . I think ur true weight is what u weigh in the morning.

u weigh more in the afternoon than the mornin up to a 6 lb diffrence don't worry that happens to everyone nothing happend

hi well one thing is that the doctor said( i know you don't really want to read what the doctor said, but hear me out) is that you tend to weight more with your clothes on, and that you height is also a factor in our weight. i definity eat between meals, but i drink a lot of WATER. my dad is overweight too, and he drinks water like crazy! so far, by drinking water, i think he lost about 30 ponuds. try it out and write to me at Karenalofton@sbcglobal.net
