Reply from Hannah, Age 15 - 03/02/06 - IP#: 24.252.36.xxx I always get a diet pop (cause its sweet) I listen to music to take my mind off of the food, and I do some type of excersise...Like not long like a little jog or crunches...I guess it just helps me! Then think of your self 10 pounds lighter wearing a two piece laying out on a beach..I mean is that food really worth it. You'll feel like crap after you eat it anyway so get through the day and you'll feel alot stronger, than tomorrow you'll be like wow why would I want to ruin my diet by eating this all of my work is going to be destroyed. Just think about what your eating

Reply from rachelle, Age 16 - 03/02/06 - IP#: 66.80.212.xxx hey i have the same problem. but did you know that it is proven that what you eat mor of, you crave more? that means that if you eat allot of junk food, you crave junk food more often than healthier food. In the same way, if you eat more healthier foods, you'll crave healthier foods more often, sometimes more so than junk foods. I dont know if that will help you at your party, but then, when you see the food remember this; what will feel better, eating it, then feeling guilty, or not eating it and having a sense of pride for yourself that you can control your eating and lose weight? Also, what would feel better, eating that cake once, or losing 5 pounds?
